Direct/EndConsumer Sales from X2O Vapes:

  • Productmust be returned to X2O thirty (30) days from the date of sale.
  • Anyreturn must be submitted with the original packaging and original proof ofpurchase with customer’s mailing address to X2O within 30 days of purchase fora full refund.
  • Returnsmust in the original packaging, unopened, unused, and cellophane wrapped.
  • Adirect sale is defined as a purchase from the X2O website or from an X2O salesperson.
  • X2O Vapes does not accept returns on any e-liquidssold to direct/end users.
  • If you do not fill out the “Send It Back” form onour website before mailing your product to be returned, the product sent inwill be discarded.

EndConsumers:

Anyproduct which is not purchased directly from X2O Vapes should be returned to thestore where it was purchased, and you must follow that store’s return policy.
